SWINDON'S JOINT STRATEGIC NEEDS ASSESSMENT (JSNA)

Providing high quality information on the health and wellbeing of the Swindon population

Health & Wellbeing Survey

In Summer 2020 and Autumn 2021, Swindon Borough Council’s public health intelligence team conducted a survey of Swindon’s residents in order to gain insight into the physical, mental and material wellbeing of the population, and the changes in their health and wellbeing that have taken place since the Covid-19 pandemic started.

It aimed to assess the current needs of the population and its subgroups and the extent to which these are being met, as well as to ascertain where resources might best be targeted to meet needs that are at present not being fully addressed.
